Eurosport Horse has International stallions Cobretti and Cyc

Euro Sport Horse has available frozen Seamen for International stallions Cobretti and Cycan.
Cobretti was a successful international show jumper and competed at numerous shows including Lummen, Horse Of The Year Show, Olympia, Hickstead and Zandhoven. Cobretti descends from Crosby (Capitol I x Landgraf I). Cobretti’s mother Baronessa III is a daughter of Lagos, the offspring of the famous dam Dorette (breed 18B1). the maternal portion (holst 4025)is also known for Lagano and Classic Touch.

Cycan is a grey stallion that is currently jumping successfully in the USA and is in the top 200 horse in the FEI rankings. Sire Coriano Z has already proved his jumping genes in his early days (under Thomas Brandt and later Bo Kristoffersen) when, by the name of Guardus Coriano 04, he came second in the German National Championships for 6-yr-olds. At his performance test in Marbach he had received, besides 127,16 points for jumping (2nd of 31) also a worthy 123,59 (4th place) for dressage. Coriano Z possesses very pleasant riding-horse qualities. He is presently ridden by Judy-Ann Melchior who has an excellent horse in him for junior competitions, not least due to his perfect character. Coriano Z, born in 1990, already has seven licensed sons including the grey premium stallion Casado, who was purchased by the Holstein Studbook at the autumn selections 2001. His offspring are in great demand, not in the last place because of their great character and smashing appearance.

At the latest Holstein stallion selection both Coriano sons there presented were licensed and received a premium. One was reserve champion and was added to the stallion collection of the Holstein Studbook, while the other was sold for the amazing sum of EUR 185,000. Coriano’s sire Corrado I has proved himself both in breeding and the international showjumping sport. Under Franke Sloothaak Corrado I won, for example, the Grand Prix in Leeuwarden (1993), the Grand Prix of Neumünster (1995), the World Cup in Dortmund (1996) and the Nations Cup in Oberanven (1994).

Corrado I has a breeding value of 122 which has earned him a place in the top 100 of 701 sires. Some of his internationally jumping Grand Prix offspring are the BWP-licensed stallion Clinton (Dirk Demeersman), Indorado (Jur Vrieling), Corofino (Valerio Sozzi), Corrada 03 (Peter Charles), Cosmos Star (Michel Blaton), Corrada (Markus Beerbaum), Cosima B (Markus Fuchs) and Corona 48 (ex Frisholty’s, under Alison Firestone, now under Zangersheide rider Ludo Philippaerts).

The dam of Coriano Z, Option (lineage 318D2) is also dam of Valeska IV, who in turn is dam of the stallions Corofino I and II (by Corrado I). Holstein lineage 318D2 is clearly a stallion family, because, besides the two Corofino’s, there are also Lido and Roderich (Westphalia) and the KWPN-licensed Mill Reef (Mitty Wind xx) out of a half-sister of Option.
